Weekly Instagram/Facebook/Twitter/Tumblr Roundup.
I wonder if Tater Tot knows that Funnel Cake has taken over the Ham-mick.
Whereupon Annie Oakley has an opinion (and is amused by it, apparently.)

What cleans windows better than kitten spit? NOTHING, THAT’S WHAT. Tater Tot is happy to help out.
This picture cracks me up because Tater Tot’s ear is positioned just right so that it looks like Hush Puppy is a unicorn.

Pretzel is da bayyyyybeeee.
Does Fritter need a kiss? I think Fritter needs a kiss.
Good night innernets. (French Fry)
Just blep-ing along. I don’t want to say it looks like Buffalo Bill got into the catnip, but…
Do you remember Honey Bunny and Benjamin Bunny? Sure you do, it’s only been like 4 months since they went home! Okay, that IS like 300 2020 months, so it’s okay if you don’t remember them. They’re Bunny’s kittens? The Fluffles? Well ANYWAY, look at how gorgeous they are today! Honey’s tail is to die for (guess the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.) There are more pics of them in today’s blog post, you can see them at love-and-hisses.com (And thanks RJ for the update and pics!)

Wild things. (If I had just 1/10th their energy…)
Davy Crockett’s got the Crazy Eyes. (Just an FYI, with the remaining kittens going tomorrow for their spay/neuter surgeries, if you’re interested in adopting one or more, you can drop an email to info (at) ffhsv.org to inquire. The only kitten definitely spoken for at this point is Tater Tot.)

Annie Oakley has somethin’ to say. She’s a talker, that one. (But literally only ever talks to me when I’m up moving around. Maybe she’s saying “Sit down, lady!”)
“We keepin’ an eye on you, lady.” Pretzel, Onion Ring and Davy Crockett are the head snoopervisers in charge today, it appears.)
That crown bed does a LOT of traveling. They love to knock it to the floor, flip it upside down, push it around the room, and ultimately take a snooze on top of it. And Wild Bill’s not one bit sorry.
Good night innernets. (Funnel Cake)
These 6 muffinheads are off for their spays and neuters today! From left: Funnel Cake, Calamity Jane, Davy Crockett, Annie Oakley, Buffalo Bill and Wild Bill Hickok.
Back in 2018 we fostered a pregnant cat (Kristi), her pregnant daughter (Katia) and their resulting 10 kittens. Here are two of Kristi’s gorgeous girls, all grown up. Left is Heygo (she was Tessa) and right is Ohno. How beautiful are they?
“Ma’am, you may keep petting.” As you wish, Tater Tot.

Tater Tot’s got an Ikea Rattie, and she’s showing it what’s what.
“Hiiiiiiiiiiiii!” Funnel Cake might be a tiny bit hiiiigh still. The kittens are home from their spay/neuter surgeries. Everyone came through just fine (including Funnel Cake!) They’re a little dopey still, but doing great!
Good night innernets. (Sometimes Davy Crockett likes to climb into my sweatshirt and take a snooze.)
Calamity Jane and the bitty blep. (In case you missed it, the kittens came through their spay/neuter surgeries just fine yesterday, and Pretzel’s FIV/FeLV test came back negative. All good!)
Two years ago we fostered 9 kittens (some of them related, some of them not) named after Maine towns. Two of them were Dexter (that gorgeous floofy orange tabby) and Mollie (formerly Millinocket; also floofily gorgeous). They were adopted together, and now look at that gorgeous duo, snuggled up for a nap. Awww! (Thanks, Sharon!)

Funnel Cake and Wild Bill, working on their wrasslin’ skills.
Last year we had Charles and Caroline and their kittens, all named after Little House on the Prairie characters – we called ’em the Half Pints – and two of those kittens were… Laura and Mary! They were adopted together, and here they are now! Nelda says: Laura and Mary are still very close, well when the bed is not big enough for both of them they are Very Very Close. At least Laura is warm.
Onion Ring (left) and French Fry in the ham-mick havin’ a snuggle and lookin’ sleek and gorgeous.

I’m stuck under a million kittens. Send help!
Surprise! We’re kitten-sitting for Lexi, another foster mom. They’ll just be with us through the weekend. They’re not named yet (Lexi’s waiting for their personalities to emerge) so she’s calling them Tan (back) and Orange (front.) They are both boys, they’re about 4 weeks old, and they’re eating on their own and getting the hang of the litter box. They are SWEET little muffinheads and I have kissed them 75,000 times each.
Good night innernets. (Hush Puppy, with Funnel Cake in the background.)
Happy Turkey Day from Charlie and the permanent residents. (They are all very thankful for YOU!)
“Are you sure they said 11:00? I don’t see anything in there but a roasting pan. Are we too early?” (That picture was taken back in 2009, the first and last year we ever raised turkeys. I always say that God created chickens and then he said “Huh. I wonder if I could make something dumber than a chicken” and he did.)

(We are kitten-sitting through the weekend for another foster mom, in case you missed that.) Tan and Orange explore the room. I love toddlers!
Happy Thanksgiving from Onion Ring and the Vittles!

Freeeeedommmmm! (Note: twice a week I clean/vacuum/mop the kitten room. When it’s time to mop, I put them in the big crate to contain them so that I can mop without them running through the cleaner. They’re in there for 10 minutes, and they really don’t mind it, I promise. My favorite part of the whole thing (aside from having a clean kitten room for 30 seconds) is releasing them from the crate.)(There are 15.)
Good night innernets. (Tan, who we are kitten-sitting through the weekend along with his brother Orange.)
Breakfast is served! Tan and Orange are excellent eaters. (We are kitten-sitting through the weekend for another foster mom.)
The sun hit something shiny, causing a spot on the wall, and the kittens were verrrrry interested. I love that Annie Oakley hasn’t put down the orange ball while she’s keeping an eye on the spot.
They kinda love that track toy. (And yes, that is all 15 kittens.)
Hooray, hooray, Davy Crockett & Calamity Jane were adopted (together!) and went to a wonderful home today! Happy life, sweet babies. ❤️❤️❤️
Tan’s exploring. (I am kitten-sitting for the weekend for another foster mom.)
Tater Tot’s not sharing that turkey leg, so don’t even ask.
Good night innernets. (Funnel Cake)
Tan’s all “You see what I put up with, here?” (We are kitten-sitting for another foster mom through the weekend.)
Hooray hooray, Snowcone and Candy Apple were adopted (together!) and went home today! Happy life, sweet babies. ❤️❤️❤️ (They are now Charlie & Cleo, and there will be a page!)

Bath time for Tan. (Ignore the annoying baby talk. Sometimes I just can’t help myself.)
The weekend just keeps getting better! Alexandra, mama to the Mewsketeers (who included our very own Charlie-formerly-Aramis) was adopted and went home today! She joins a home with no kittens, but some children to love, and and older kitty companion. Happy life, sweet Queen Alexandra! ❤️❤️❤️
Whatcha lookin’ at, French Fry? (A feather teaser, of course.)
Good night innernets. (Tan, who we are kitten-sitting for the weekend along with Orange, who was running around the room sniffing things when I took this picture. Tan was ready for bed time.)
