In case you missed it on social media yesterday, Carmy and Richie (together) and Tina were scheduled to go home this past weekend. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate and both adopters rescheduled for next weekend. I would much rather wait and know that they’re safe on the roads than worry about them getting home. (Both adopters will have drives of several hours to get home.) Much, much better to be safe than sorry! So, weather permitting, they’ll go home next weekend.
Such serious faces. “STOP takin’ PICTURES and START giving CHURU!”
I’m just now noticing that that bed kinda matches the rug. Carmy approves.
And THAT bed matches THAT rug. I swear I didn’t plan it! (Richie: “Suuure you didn’t, lady.”)
Tina’s all “ONE MINUTE. I just wanted ONE MINUTE to myself. Is that so much to ask??”
I was double-checking something on a video, and Tina saw the motion and came running over to see what was going on. I love how it looks like Carmy’s looking at her.

Alice has been spending more and more time in this pink cube, and I started worrying that maybe something was wrong… but I realized that there’s a heated bed in there and it suddenly made sense. That girl loooves a heated bed.

Posted on social media (Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/Tumblr/ Bluesky) this weekend.
Tina has the MOST gorgeous eyes, doesn’t she? (Keeping an eye on those birdies!)

These two brothers (Carmy left, Richie right) certainly do love each other.
I love it when these two snuggle up. (Carmy (left) and Richie)

Tossing toys (mostly for Carmy, who really likes to melt out of those beds!)
Good night innernets. (Richie (left) and Carmy)
Weren’t you just wondering what the roof of Tina’s mouth looks like? Here you go!
Line ’em up! I weighed (from left) Richie, Carmy and Tina yesterday, and:
Richie weighs 5 pounds, 11 ounces (2.58 KG)
Carmy weighs 6 pounds (2.72 KG)
Tina weighs 8 pounds, 3 ounces (3.71 KG)
So while it might not look like it, Carmy is bigger than Richie – and Tina’s bigger than both of them! (The boys are 4 1/2 months old, if you’d lost track of how old they are.)

Carmy and Richie like to play rough – and I love that Tina is all “Yep, not getting involved with THAT.”
I had to replace the lamp on my desk because they (Carmy & Richie mostly) kept knocking it over and I was afraid the bulb would break. So I replaced it with this one, which looks cool but doesn’t put out enough light AND which Carmy keeps trying to chew on. But at least if they knock it over, it won’t break. Yay? Time to figure out something else, I guess!

Slow motion kittens! Tina, Richie and Carmy in slow motion. 🏃♂️
Good night innernets. (Richie)
Left to right: Carmy, Richie, Tina. These three were originally going home this weekend (Richie & Carmy together, Tina separately), but due to the incoming nasty weather, both adopters delayed coming until next weekend. (Neither adopter is local, they have to drive quite a bit, and we DEFINITELY don’t want them out on nasty roads or in the middle of a storm!) So weather permitting, these guys will head home next weekend.
Tina’s all “This CHILD can’t drive that bus. HE’S TOO YOUNG!”

They love that cube so much – and I never know WHERE I’m going to find it!
So many birds, so little time. Tina’s keeping an eye on them ALL.
