Meadow found that patch of sun on the wall verrrrry interesting (she never did actually smack at it, though.)

As usual, when the kittens discover the mink tail they carry it around and growl at the other kittens. Silvio growled and growled as he carried it around – and he swiped at any other kitten who came near him. They’re fiercely protective of their “kill.”


I love Adriana’s subtle orange stripes.


I’m pretty sure the sun melted the Fluff right out of Tony’s ears. There is NO ONE home there.

Only one video for you this week. Sometimes Livia is sweet and snuggly with her babies, and sometimes she’s a little rougher. You never know which it’s going to be!

  3. Livia is such a good mama. Certainly better than the one she’s named for!

    Meadow standing up : does she have matching marks on her bottom? It looks like she might have black patches near her tail!! I do love me a black and white kitteh!!

  5. The second picture of Adriana looks like she had rough night !!! Too much catnip maybe ??

    I can’t believe how big they are getting ? They are all so gorgeous !!!!

    Was the video taken before Livia had her “spa” day ?(couldn’t really see her tummy too much) Do the babes still try to see if the milk bar is still open for business ?

    1. I think the video was taken before Livia’s spa day – I’m not positive, but I don’t see any shaved belly in the video, so probably so.

      The kittens definitely try to belly up to the milk bar – and sometimes she lets them. In fact, earlier today she called the kittens to her and let them nurse for a few minutes. I think she likes the bonding and snuggle time as much as they do!

    Do you think you can get a video of growling Silvio trying to be protective of the mink tail toy? Because as we all know, there’s nothing cuter than a kitten trying to be threatening!

    1. I’ve been trying to get a video of Silvio in action, but you know how those kittens are – when I’ve got the camera in hand, they tend to just stare at me like “What?” 🙂

    1. You can find them on eBay. They’re not terribly expensive – I think last time I bought them, they were 8 for $12, or something along that line.

  10. Ahhhhh, where would we be without our daily inoculation of kitteny goodness from Dr. Robyn? Seriously, their sweet sweet faces should totally be marketed as the cure for what ails ya. Just what I needed. I know you get told this a lot, but thank you, thank you for what you do. Not only for giving these fur babies a great start on life, but for sharing with the rest of the world the fabulous joy a fur baby (or 20 *wink*)can bring to someone’s life.

  14. Had to laugh at the Silvio picture. Boris, my male black kitten, loves the sparkle ball and all I have to do is call out “SPARKLE BALL!!” and he comes running, I throw, he fetches and growls at anyone else that gets near him to “take it” from him. He is the only kitten I have had that actually plays fetch with that ball. He will play fetch for 15 minutes at a time and will get the ball and drop it at my feet or in my lap if he is in the mood to play. : )
