Sofia Soy Sauce enjoys some sunshine.
“What IS that bright light?” Alfie Alfredo wonders.

Christopher Chutney and the Face of Innocence.
Don’t look at me, Mama. I didn’t make ’em!
On the scratcher Tia Teriyaki has an opinion – and it looks like Christopher Chutney is listening closely!
Christopher Chutney has discovered the couch (again… he’s discovered the couch several times now, and it seems to be a new experience for him every time.)
Alfie Alfredo has declared his Da BAYbee status.
Tia Teriyaki tests the structural integrity of the ham-mick.

You’ll be happy to know that I had this entire conversation with myself and so have mostly spared you! I was going to suggest a name set for future fosters: The Olympians. Then I decided that was too broad, so maybe the Divers? The Vaulters? This internal discussion went on for several miles (I was driving to work), tossing names and events around in my head. And then it hit me: Been There; Done That. I thought I remembered a foster named Ohno. (Wasn’t he a house panther?) So I searched (all fosters past and present) (wow!!) and Yes: 2018. The Olympians!
Ohno was a meezer! I loved her.
Here’s the list she is talking about: The Olympians
We’ve also had the Swimmers, who got mooshed together with the SquashBugs and became the Swimbugs.
How did I not remember a meezer??!!
I think this falls under the “great minds think alike” category! 🙂
And now I’ve just run through your Potential Foster Names and am dying laughing. I will never name another pet without checking this list! That list is GREAT!
I need to update it, I’ve got even more to add! (Someone suggested “The Toppers” as a category – hat names. I’m dying to name a kitten Porkpie.
That upside down picture of Tia keels me ded!
I’m so happy to see Newt finding his favorite places in the new house!
“Christopher Chutney and the Face of Innocence” sounds like an awesome children’s book.
I love the fuzziness! You’ve hardly missed a beat, with the unpacking. The room looks like it came pre-decorated with the house.
I’m glad Newt is settling in. Moving and change can be tough on an Old Man (well, all cats come to think of it…), but he’s hardly seems fazed by it.
There’s very little that fazes Newt – although he’s not crazy about going anywhere in the car!
