Happy Halloween! Mercury and the Missions are off being spayed and neutered today, so we had their Halloween party a day early. We took a vote, and they all wanted to be cowboys and cowgirls, so here you go!

The fosters aren’t the only ones who dressed up for the holiday, of course. We couldn’t get the permanent residents to agree on a theme, though.

“Drat!” The Loony Wizard realizes he left his wand at home.

Scooping up the field mice
And bopping them on the head


Naturally we had to have a new Frog Alice picture.


“I am so fabulous,” thought Stefan with a smile.


“Pssst!” said Frankie. “I hear you’re the man to ask for the GOOD catnip!”


“I certainly am. It’s good to be The Man!”

A rerun from Halloween 2014. This will always be my favorite Halloween picture, I think. (Dennis was not up for wearing a costume this year. Hmph!)

  4. The last picture of Stefan is perfection. The little satisfied smile gives it away. The man wants to be a snappy dresser!

  6. I can’t pick just one, they’re all just 5 stars! (Although seeing Phoenix in her little cowgirl hat, immediately “I Wanna Be a Cowboy/girl” by Boys Don’t Cry popped into my head. Because of course it did.)

    Archie cracks me up.

    We just adopted a ginger boycat that looks rather like Stefan (although maybe a bit smaller). I wish we had costumes for him.

  15. The last two photos of Stefan and Dennis were “Fabulous”. Classic and so Funny. I never realized that Stefan had so much style ! Loony Tunes Jake is always a treasure !
