“You SEE what I have to put up with?”
Fergus Simon’s goofy little face makes me laugh every day.
“Yes, I’m wearing my tiny hat. What of it?” (Macushla)

We bought a cat tree for the foster room, and the girls really like it. At some point in the future, we’re planning on doing a kind of built-in tree with platforms attached to the wall and such, in which case we’ll move this tree somewhere else in the house. Kittens need cat trees, is what I think, and this one will do nicely for the time being.
What’s funnier than a tiny hat on a little kitten? Nothing, that’s what.
“I’m wearing my cowboy hat and you are not!”

Awwwwwwwwwwwww!! Tiny hats for tiny kittens!! Awwwwwwwwwwwwwww!! Yay!! 🙂 How sweet and so adorable! Yay!!!
Aww lovely Mama Maggie!!! You deserve a pretty pink frilly hat all your own for being so wonderful!!
Alice you are just adorable!! Take care
x
Maggie looks very proud of the Mcmoas!
Yikes! Cat hoarding and in my own state, too. It’s one thing when a person hoards objects and trash, but when they hoard animals, the animal suffer so much. And it’s a problem which can quickly overwhelm a small non-profit such as PAWS, so I’ll be helping out. Ack! Thanks for letting us know… it hasn’t even hit the news up here yet.
As for your (non-hoarded) cats and kittens, Robyn, I swear they get cuter everyday… or maybe that’s just the hats! I swear that Alice has become a full-size cat based on how big the collar power supply is. Is that true?
When did tiny little Alice kitten turn into a cat? I must have been distracted by all the other kittens. I can’t believe Maggie is still letting those teen-agers nurse, they’re almost as big as she is!
I know! Those babies are too big to be torturing mama Mags like that. Poor thing!
Oh my golly… I was just in Wakefield on Sunday at my aunt’s house for a cookout. I will spread the word.
ps: <3 the tiny hats!
Macushla is such a supermodel in training. Beautiful cheekbones.
At least there’s a name for animal hoarding and they’re serious about ways to rehabilitate the people. It’s not just a shrug about the neighborhood “crazy cat ladies” and roaming dog men.
those hats are so cute!! you should have tiny bow-ties or ribbons on them too :p
ps: type on the “tiny cat” on a tiny kitten … though if you really put a tiny cat on a tiny kitten, it might be just too weird…haha
Reminds me of a story here where a woman was arrested at a casino when someone found about 35 animals (cats, dogs, and kittens) in her CAR in the parking garage. She’d been kicked out of her apartment (go figure) and was using the casino’s computer to look for new housing. She’d cracked the windows of the car–this was in summer! None of the animals were hurt or harmed or sick from the heat.+
I used to watch that show “Hoarders” but once I saw that crazy nutjob in Louisiana who had two flat cats found beneath her rooms and rooms of 5-foot trash, I got a little worried they’d do more animal ones. Then came the one with the hoarder lady who had kids as well, and a husband. They took a bunch of her animals away and said they were putting the oldest kid’s dog down because it had an infection (all while the kids were at school!). They ended up not doing that, thank God. The one with the woman with all the chickens and goats? I couldn’t even watch the previews. So that was the end of that show! I’d much rather watch people shoot up on Intervention.
I’m so glad all those kittens and cats were saved. I hope they find homes for all of them. Most people who hoard animals have good intentions but too many can become overwhelming pretty fast.
Miss Alice is such a big girl now. Wow. I was hoping she’d stay tiny, too. She’s still so purrrrty, though.
Love the kitties with their hats.
Look at Big Girl Alice! And the behatted kitties are adorable!
