Maggie and the babies, at snack time.
Trapped! (Would you look at the size of those paws?)
“What doin’, lady? You layin’ down? You gonna take a nap? You want me to lay down with you, huh?”
I find it best not to ask any questions in cases like this.
Ciara and Cillian headed up the stairs to the bed.

I have the hardest time not squeezing the stuffing out of her.
“Stop lookin’ at me. I need some quiet time alone in my giant teacup.”

That single plate at snacktime is a great idea. Maggie doesn’t have to move at all in order to steal her children’s food!
π
(I don’t blame Maggie. Think of all the food she gave them… and continues to give them!)
Newt is soooo lovely!!!
You can’t squeeze kittens, You’ll get marshmallow fluff all over your jeans!
That is absolutely true! π
There is a grey and pink (!) torte cat at my local shelter. She is 2, and they think with all of the spring kittens they have, no one will want her. She used to be a stray. She loves people but doesn’t get along with other pets which is fine cause I have none. She is dark grey with pale pink splotches on her chin bib and paws. And I fell in love. I’m going to adopt her! And Ms. Robyn you are her fairy Godmother.
Oh Ockqua, what a lucky lucky girl she is! She sounds beautiful, too. Give her kisses from me! π
Sorry. She is a Tortie. And her name is Bonnie.
Lucky Bonnie! Your life will never be the same, in so many good ways.
I had a blue-creme tortie for 20 years. She was a wonderful cat.
And who knows, maybe she will mellow to other cats when she has
her own place, and you can have as many cats as Robyn.
Blue-cream torties (I think them as purple-and-peach poppets) always seem gentle as all get-out — and my beautiful, soulful girl is no exception. Many congratulations, and thanks for saving a grown-up!
Aawh, look at the McMaos all grown up(well almost!).
You and Fred have helped Maggie raise beautiful babies π
That Newtie – he’s a beauty!!!
Clove gets a foot hug! Squeeeeeezeeeeee! Goodness gracious she looks surprised *heh*
How is my friend Spunky Pigster? Does she eat cookies from your hand yet? π
Spunky Pigster does, indeed, eat cookies from my hand. I went out last night to give them their cookies, and each pig gently took a cookie from my hand, thanked me, and neatly ate their cookie.
That is a total lie, of course. Those pigs were so desperate to get their cookies that I thought they were going to climb the fence to get to me, snatched the cookies out of my hand, and then chased each other around because they thought someone had gotten more than one cookie. But they’re still little and cute, so I forgave ’em. π (It’ll be a different story when they’re 200 pounds each!)
Babies are almost as big as Maggie now, almost time to go look for cute kitty forever homes, including for Maggie. Though you’ll have the spice girls a bit longer I think and I’m so glad Dorthy got a wonderful home since I couldn’t figure out a way to get her to Ireland. St. Lois should suit her just fine, its not that far away from Kansas.
Oh I can’t bear the cuteness! Oh wow!!! Look at lovely Maggie and her adorable babies!! They’re growing up so fast yet are still babies!! And look at these super sweet spice girls – just look at them!! Butter would not melt!! Seriously!!
Hello lovely Newt!!
Take care
x
That giant teacup is priceless! (How “giant” is it anyway?)
It’s not super giant – I’ll look on the bottom when I go upstairs next and see if it lists just how big it is. π And it’s actually meant to be a plant pot, but when I saw it, I immediately envisioned kittens in it rather than a plant!
Awww, hi McMaos! And Newt, of course. Pretty kitties everywhere. π
Which Spice Girl is the lap kitty? Or is it a Spice Girl you’re referencing there? I love lap kitties!
Oooooh, congratulations on the dilute tortie family member, Ockqua. She sounds bea-u-tiful! I’ve known one or two torties with gingery swirlies that apparently looked pink. Too adorable. π
That’s Clove. She loves to sit in my lap. Well, they all do, but she does especially so. π
I love that big teacup too! And those stairs – I’d need something like that for my senior girl.
“You canβt squeeze kittens, Youβll get marshmallow fluff all over your jeans!”
What they said! I actually thought – ergh, you’ll just get in trouble with the kitten police, but Freya, Teego & Chatzi are completely correct.
but OMG, how cute are those Spice Girls?!Over at Pitter Pats, Alvin’s new mum said she gave him one hundred and elbenty-seventy kisses to say hello each morning, you thought of doing that Miss Robyn? With each of your cats? Tee-hee-hee. (Oh, Fred can just make his own food for the day!)
and, ahh, do the spunky pugsters end up being erm…”sustenance”?
PIGSTERS! I meant pigsters! Sheez….
