Deuce, Malley, Peyton, Spooky (boys) and Jesikat and Rhian (girls) came to us on October 19, 2007. Like the litter we’d had just before them – KATG – they came from a farm in Tennessee where people dropping off cats became a real problem. With the help of a rescue in their area, the kittens were trapped and the mothers were all spayed and returned. I have no idea which (if any) of these kittens are siblings – I suspect Malley and Deuce are brothers, but it’s hard to know for sure. Like the KATG litter, these kittens were named after people (guests and forum posters) from my favorite podcast, Keith and the Girl.
The kittens were skittish when we got them, but after some time and attention, they turned into friendly little lovebugs. They were with us for about a month before they went off to Petsmart on November 17th. They were all adopted.
You can read about KATG2 beginning here (there are links at the top and bottom of each entry; click on the one on the right to take you to the next one). You can see all the pictures taken of them during their stay with us here at Flickr, or scroll through them below.
