“There are no babies here. Move along. Wait. Bring me a snack and THEN move along.”
A rare shot of all four. Corbett’s refusing to look at the camera, though. Brat.
He may be little, but Corbett is old enough to enjoy a good fart joke. He’s weak with laughter. WEAK, I tell you!
Sweet pink kitten belly? Check.
Kitten toes? Present and accounted for.
Kitten wondering how he got in this particular position? Got it.
Second kitten clearly thinking “Just what in tarnation is going ON back there?!” All set.
World domination to commence in 3…2…1…
Reacher notes that that talon is a leeeeettle too close to his eye. Luckily, he’s got cat-like reflexes (ha! ha!) and was able to close that eye before any eyeball-poking could happen.
The Problem with Warm & Sunny Days.
The problem with warm and sunny days
is that the cats hate when it’s warm and sunny. Hate it.
Have you ever seen such abject misery in your entire life?
No one should have to live like this.

Oh my goodness – I think I’ve gone into cute kitty and catty overload BIG TIME!!
My jaw is aching from going “Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww”.
But what am I to do? I am weak and I adore Maura and the Bookworms and The Permanent Residents. Can’t get enough of them!
LOL!
Thank you!
Take care
x
Maura’s fur is just so velvety beautiful…and I love her expression…she reminds me a lot of my little angel Poppy, who could almost be heard muttering “Idiots” with that exact same expression on her face!
The kittens…oh dear, the kittens…I cannot imagine living with such an overload of kitten-y cuteness…and Corbett laughing at the fart joke…priceless!
Oh and those poor mistreated kitties, forced, I tell you, forced to stretch out in the sunshine and roll around in such abject misery…this is just too painful to look at…somebody needs to rescue these poor kitties π My kitties are so lucky that we’ve had rain for the last three days…they’re just delighted that they’re not subjected to the torturous “snoozing in the sunshine” horrors π
i see that kind of loathing DAILY from all three! ingrates.
You can *never* have too much (many?) of upside down cats π
That series of outside photos and the commentary were just brilliant!
And don’t worry little Corbett, I’m 32 and still think fart jokes are the best ever.
Wait, somebody’s got a camera on their collar! I’m assuming that this is part of that feline “what do they do with their time” project. Do you post the pic’s anywhere?
Robyn, you crack me up! Thank you so much!!!
Kar: No, not a camera – that’s an electric fence collar so they can’t get out of the back yard. I’d love to have a collar with a camera on it to see what Newt does with his days. Oh, wait – he spends all day sleeping inside. I guess I’d rather see what he does with his nights! π
Oh my goodness those are all just so cute and funny and super adorable!
Did you get all the shots of the permanent residents on the same day? How did you handle such misery?
Vanessa: I did! I had to go lay down and take a nap with the kittens afterward until the misery went away. π
Robyn, you’re just so dern funny.
Torturing your cats by forcing them outside into the sunshine? For shame, Robyn, for shame! At least you made it up to them a little with the nap.
OK, are you trying to kill us here???? Contortion kittens are just the cutest! And, ps, Corbett isn’t a brat, he’s simply insisting on a profile shot!
re the cats and the sunny days – they do look pretty disgusted…with the weather, you, themselves even. oh, the miseries of being a cat…ask any self respecting feline…as for those babies, why they’re just scrumptious, edible i tell you!
Oh my ~ after looking at all these wonderful photos I will be going to work with a smile on my face! If it wears off by the end of the day, I shall come back and look at them again! π
Love that post!!
