I’m currently on vacation, and pre wrote and scheduled this post. This is the first time in MONTHS I’ve gotten my Chewy.com review done on a day other than the last of the month. I’m pretty sure I deserve an award for organization or something (pay no mind to the fact that this post was slapped together the day before I left!)

For our Chewy product review this month, we reviewed the BFF Variety Pack. It sounded appealing, I thought the cats might like it, why not? I was pleased to receive a pack of 8 5.5 oz cans.
I decided we’d give the Tuna in Aspic and the Tuna & Pumpkin flavors a try.
I was a little surprised that all the cats dove right into their plates of food. They’ve been so picky, the last few times I’ve tried new foods.
Archie liked it – so much, I thought he was going to eat the plate.
This was the biggest surprise to me – Alice LOVED it. She’s such a picky girl that if we offer her something other than her Fancy Feast Elegant Medleys, she usually stomps away in disgust. Not this time – she ate every bite of her snack with no complaints.
Archie is a member of the Clean Plate Club.
Jake, still working on his. He ended up eating every bite, too.
Stefan took a moment before he licked that plate clean.
With his own plate clean, Dennis jumped down to troll the other plates, in case someone left some food behind.
So, in brief: they LOVED it. I didn’t get any pictures the next morning, when I gave them the Tuna & Salmon and the Tuna & Chicken flavors, but they ate every bite of those, also. My pictures of Stinkerbelle, Maxi, and Joe Bob all came out too blurry to use, but rest assured – they loved it too! (Newt, though you’d never know it to look at him, eschews canned food of any kind, and so was not involved in this review.)
In summation: the BFF food is a huge hit with our permanent residents, every one of them liked it, and I can’t remember the last time that happened.
Thank you to Chewy.com and BFF for the opportunity to review this canned food. You can find it here.
As always, the product was provided to us free of charge; the opinions are the cats’, as interpreted by me.

Yum yum!
BFF, I think all the flavors, is our cats’ most universally loved brand food. They all eat it. Every other brand, there’s always at least one cat who will walk away from it, or just lick the gravy a bit and leave the rest. In the last year of her life, when I was having a hard time getting Handy to eat enough, BFF was the winner. She wouldn’t always eat a LOT, but at least she’d eat. I’m a big fan.
Maybe I should try it! Holly is SO PICKY about wet food. Though you’d never know it looking at her.
Unbelievable… My indoor duo has twice turned their noses up at BFF. The strays finished it off.
I got some at Pet Food Express for my kitty who is recuperating from abdominal surgery. (He ate thread and they had to go in to get it out of his intestines!) He loves it – I think he actually licked the plate clean!
