D’Artagnan keepin’ Aramis’s ears clean.
D’Artagnan and I love this basket, which came in the CatLady Box last month. (I just kind of wish that the ears weren’t loops – I wouldn’t leave that on the floor for the kittens to hang out in because you KNOW they’d get their little heads stuck. Of course, that’s not what the basket is MADE for, so I’m not going to complain. Also, look how CUTE.)
Porthos finds it the perfect size for hiding in.
Aramis prefers a little more room, thank you.
D’Artagnan actually likes this overstuffed bed in the guest bedroom, too.
Athos looks like he’s lying in a bowl of rainbow sherbet.
Aramis and Constance mid-tussle (and Porthos looking on in the background.)
I moved a few things around, so naturally d’Artagnan and Constance had to come snoopervise.
Athos hanging out in the top of the cat tree.
Constance’s face is cracking me UP.

Let me say once again that adding the screened porch to the back of the house is one of the best improvements we’ve ever made. The cats LOVE IT out there and spend all night out there watching the wildlife (raccoons and possums) go by.

It’s just too bad that you don’t have more beds for these kittens… 😉
I always say, if they want more beds and toys, they need to get a job! 😉
Hi, I know you’ve mentioned stuff that you’ve put on food when your older cats weren’t eating enough. I checked in the Recommended link and didn’t see anything. Tried searches, but no luck. Anything you can suggest? thanks
You might be thinking of Liqui-Tinic (link for reference), though we give that to them straight rather than add it to their food. The only thing I can think of that we’ve added to food is Forti-Flora, though that’s just a probiotic – and a probiotic never hurts (and they always love the taste of Forti-Flora), but I don’t know that it necessarily helps an older cat who won’t eat. We had the most luck with Liqui-Tinic when Spanky was old and wasn’t doing well – we started Liqui-Tinic and he did amazingly better. I’m pretty sure that Liqui-Tinic is the entire reason we got several more months with him.
thanks, I’ll try it.
I put Nutritional Yeast. I’ve read that they also might like parmesan cheese. My cat doesn’t like anything fish-y. So can’t add fish oil .. Hope that helps.
Am I the only one who gets a kick out of the nostril freckle on Aramis’s nose? It always makes me think of Maru when I see it.
