Carmy’s serious little face kills me. “They’re SLEEPIN’ and I wants to PLAY!”
So I put him in my lap and snuggled him, and he wasn’t sure what he thought about that.
Jeff and Carmy have a scheming session.
Guilty little faces. Sydney, Carmy & Jeff in the front; Richie in the back corner.)
Instead of going around Richie, Carmy just walked right over the top of him.
Jeff checks out the view again.
Tina scolds the kittens. “Get AWAY from the crate opening, you are too little to go out there!”

Please admire Sydney’s tiny little baby Ears of Annoyance. She’s a prodigy!
We have a Norbie update! (Norbert was the kitten we slid into Khaleesi’s litter when she was in the middle of having kittens. She raised him as her own, though she would give him puzzled looks occasionally.)
Kirsten says: Seeing Carmy’s story made me nostalgic for a little baby Norbie (not the traumatic story of course!) and realized we’re coming up on Norbert’s 11th (9/20) gotcha day anniversary! He’s fully embraced his old man grump nature and has to deal with an exuberant mini-me that only wants to either adore him or annoy him on any given day. Norbie is as ever the sweetest boy that ever lived. Give Carmy extra loves from us. – Kirsten & Norbie & Whirli
Thank you, Kirsten! (Can you even beLIEVE it’s been 11 years?!)
It’s a Tina pie (my favorite!) giving me the Eyes of Love. 😻
Jeff broke the bechamel sauce and can’t believe he made such a rookie mistake.

Turns out that Tina is a playful girl (when the kittens are quiet and sleeping and don’t need tending, at least.)
Good night innernets. (From top: Jeff, Carmy, Richie (left) and Sydney)

Oh Norbie, of the sweet Ferrari curves and pointed pout!
Feels like last week we were watching you and your chrysanthemum-dragon headed siblings.
I’ve been away for a week or so on hols, and back to see all those blue open eyes and gorgeous kittens, and Norbie and his mini me looking amazing, and Tina looking beautiful and verty witches-cat-like in that pie photo!! Glad everyone looks great and fluffy and healthy. Tomorrow (now I’ve caught up with an avalance of work emails) I can start working back on last week’s posts, yay!
I knew that was Norbie immediately from the first photo! That sweet little white exclamation point on his nose. He’s one of my all time favorite kitties you have fostered. Stompy in my other fav.
I completely forgot that i was following norbie while pregnant with my oldest.I am so happy to see him embracing the senior life. Happy gotcha day norbie!
In the 3rd photo, Jeff is whispering to Carmy, “Our brother is showing us what a snugglebutt is.” While Sydney says “Excuse you, Richie?”
Beautiful babies and mama!!
I have a photo request if there’s time and you’re so inclined: lap snuggles of Carmy in the sunlight for some baby Corbie callbacks. That golden tabby floofle hair in the sun is just dazzling!
I’ll see what I can do, but I can make no promises: the room doesn’t get a lot of direct sunlight this time of year.
