I pulled this cat scratcher/camper out of the closet the other day (it was passed along to us recently) and put it together. I didn’t realize ’til I put it together that it says “Happy Easter” on the side, I just saw the flowers and thought it would be cute. The kittens were VERY interested. (It’s a Boots & Barkley Cat Scratcher/Play House, probably from Target. I don’t know how long ago it came from there, it’s possibly been a few years.)
“Come on, lady, let’s go camping!”
Ian’s all “Grab the marshmallows, lady!”
I love that there are little windows on the side, and that they actually look through them.
And here I love that I was trying to get a shot of Jamie, but the phone focused on Marsali way back there in the background, balancing on the litter box as she moved from one litter box to another. Also, if you look in the upper right corner of the picture, you can see Jocasta snoozing on her desk.
Angus looking through the window.
Brianna did a little redecorating. With her TEETH.
Fergus takes a nap in the camper.
“You get those marshmallows yet?” Ian wonders.
They’re having a lot of fun with that thing – they move it all over the room. Occasionally I walk in to find the top of the camper on one side of the room and the scratcher on the other (the top fits over the scratcher, but they aren’t attached to each other). It’s holding up really well!

Archie, Newt and Khal love hanging out on Fred’s bed. I wouldn’t expect Archie and Newt to be okay with being that close to each other (and they do look a little annoyed in this picture, but lately they nap practically cheek to cheek.

Posted on social media (Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/Tumblr) yesterday.
Belly rubs give Roger the crazy eyes.
Former fosters Phoenix (left, from Mercury’s Missions, 2017) and Amber (formerly Ambercup, one of the Squash Bugs, 2015) are very clearly conspiring about something. Hide the fireworks!
(Thanks, Debra!)
