It looks like Ember’s eyes might end up being the same color as her orange spots.
“Go talk to her, Scorch! She ignored Norbert, maybe she’ll make friends with you!”
Scorch makes the approach.
“Hi! HI! I’m Scorch! Wanna be friends?”

“I think that was a ‘yes.’ She’s totally my friend now! Um… right?”

From inside the crate, Arya eyes the room, trying to decide where she wants to explore next.
She glares at Brandon.
“I’m not sure there’s enough room in here for both of us. You should move along.”
I don’t know what it is about being behind that crate that they love so much, but they LOVE it. I let them run around the room for a while after they ate yesterday afternoon, and when I went back in to check on them, all three boys were curled up in the small space between the crate and the wall, sound asleep. (They ran out as soon as they woke up and saw me, so it’s not a matter of not knowing how to get out.)

I love that everyone loves Tommy. I must have entirely missed this before by the way, but what’s with Tommy’s neon green claws??
Probably nail caps?
Yeah, nail caps. Tommy was having an issue wherein he was digging at his skin and causing big wounds (the issue – an allergy – has been resolved), so we put caps on his claws to contain the damage. They’re coming off, slowly, he’s only got a few left.
They’re actually supposed to be glow in the dark, but I’m guessing they don’t get enough exposure to the sun, because they don’t glow! 🙂
What? no Hodor? We might forget his name!
My fosters love to lie down right against the inside of the door. With the whole room, and a carrier and two cat beds and a layer of pillows, somehow the door… So when I go to open it I’m shoving against about 16 pounds of cat.
Jon Snow has an orange stripey tail. So cute!
That kills me too! Orange stripey, triangular tail! Is he getting a mask too or is it just backs of ears and his tail?
So far it just looks to be the backs of his ears and his tail!
I hope that’s not a tumor on Pearl’s nose. White cats are susceptible to that.
What? Miz Poo didn’t smack anyone? She’s mellowing with age!

Definitely not a tumor. Just a little dirt. She is such a sweet kitty I hate to torture her to clean it off.

DandyPearl! She was one of my all time favorite kittens so I love seeing her updates. When I saw the pic, I grinned and said “Dandy!”. Thanks to her mom for keeping us updated on that cute girl!

That was my reaction to those pics to Tommy and Stinkerbelle too! I thought it was a totally one-sided relationship of unrequited love on Stinkerbelle’s part.
It’s more that Stinkerbelle is the one who initiates the cuddle sessions, but Tommy goes along with them. He’s always happy to lick the ears of any cat who comes along and demands it. And Stinkerbelle demands it! 🙂
I adore Arya’s little white tipped ears! But I adore Jon Snow’s orange tail a little bit more!
Happy birthday to Pearl and her “Weeds” sisters! I went back to see if that little spot on her nose was always there, but I didn’t see it until an update a few months ago and it was just starting to appear.
Thanks for all the love on Pearl. She is my sweet little baby. I can’t even express to you how sweet she is. She is amazing with her doggy brother and she even loves kids. Rowdy ones, too. She has been such a blessing to me. She is having a big birthday today. I went to Pet Smart to grab her some cat nip for her birthday, and boy is she enjoying that! Robyn, I checked on your fosters while I was there and boy were they relaxed. They were all snoozin’. Thanks again for loving my baby as much as I do!!

I can’t believe that Leia and Buttercup are still not adopted (nor Khaleesi)- they are gorgeous. Also, I hope someone snaps up Ember and Ruth as soon as they become available, or I will really consider driving to get them myself (and I don’t need any more 4 legged friends here).
You hang in there, Norbert – Miz Poo will come around! And the Starks have hit that particularly adorable age, when they are still obviously babies, but able to toddle around and explore – so cute!
I’ve started check L&H first thing in the morning, but at that time (usually at work), I don’t have time to comment. But it still gets the day off to a wonderful start!
