Can you BELIEVE these monkeys are one month old today? Here they are at four days old.
And here they are now at one month old.
Nola shrunk a lot, didn’t she?
Now let’s take a look at each kitten. (They’re listed alphabetically rather than in order of birth, because I don’t know whether it was Roux or Praline who was born first.)

The video… adorable!!! Poor mama, and Andy is the same wiggle worm today that he was at 4 days isn’t he?! lol… I wonder how big his ears will pop, to make it past all that floof?! Love watching babies grow up with you!
I absolutely love how Beignet’s ears tips fold forward!!! (I know some of the other’s do too, but not like hers.
Love seeing Kara enjoy the indoors.
You’re killing me.
I’m not usually drawn to yellow kittens but I just have fallen in love with Andouille and that fat, round floofy body of his. I want to hug him and squeeze him and call him George.
Love how Andouille disappears under his siblings and then pops up again under his mama’s chin. I’m in love with this group!
What a beautiful picture of Sheriff Mama!
These little s’mores are killing me. Would you look at those serious little faces! If they were little humans they’d be wearing little uniforms to school and sit at the front of the class.
those girls look very serious and concerned 🙂 and that second picture from the top of Nola – that expression is priceless
OMG they are the MOST SMOOSHABLE LITTLE MUFFINS!!!! I am SO in love with this litter and their gorgeous gorgeous mama!!!!
I have always held firm that Khaleesi’s Dragons were my favourite litter of kittens… but damn it if this batch isn’t making me reconsider that. I’m going to declare it a tie! These fat over-baked babies are so cute and full of personality it makes my heart ache (in a good way). I want to HUFF ALL DA KITTEHS!
So, did Dennis ever find a home?
NO, YOU WANT HIM?
(Over my dead body.)
I suspect that they’d have to fight off a bunch of permanent residents anyway if anyone tried.
Send me Beignet. I’ll pay the postage. What a darling !!!
Does Andouille really wiggle so much while eating, or is it just that he shows up so well against them? Either way — pretty cute!
He’s pretty wiggly, but the fact that he’s so bright while they’re so dark does make him show up a lot better than they do.
Quick question for the kitty hivemind here: With bottle babies, how do you know when to start them on food? Is it a weight thing or an age thing? We had a momma drop off three teeny kittens (eyes just opening) on our patio during a minor flood and she never came back. I’ve never bottle fed before and I don’t want to rush them, but I don’t want to wait too late either.
When a mama isn’t present, I’ve always started offering food to them around 4 weeks in the form of canned kitten food mixed with formula that they can lap off the plate. Sometimes they take to it immediately, sometimes they act like you’re abusing them. If there’s zero interest, I’ll wait a few days and try it again.
(When there’s a mama present, I don’t worry much about it because I’m usually taking so much food into the room that the kittens will discover it and try it themselves.)
Nola looks like she’s asking for help there 😉
Nola says, Please fix me-now.
Also, did you notice how she is composed of four cats. Take a picture of her face and chest. Now divide the face in quarters horizontal and diagonal. If you used mirror image software there would be four different cats.
