Myrtle and her toys are ready for a nap.
Nick is starting to look kind of squished in the Toastycat bed.
Obviously I made too much of a fuss over Myrtle’s tilty-head poses, so Zelda has picked it up.
Feather teaser up there? Perhaps! (Myrtle and Jay)
“Look at that foot, innernets. LOOK at it!”
All kittens (and Mister Frog) present and accounted for! (Jay’s peeking out from under the Ham-mick.)

Rufous is really getting into this whole thing where he cleans himself. (I approve!)
Also Plover really likes to have clean paws.
Rufous, cleaning his back paw. He really likes to get in between his toes.
Rufous is eating some canned/solid food now, but he enjoys a good bottle. And Plover is all “WAIT A MINUTE, WHO IS GETTING A BOTTLE THAT IS NOT ME?!”
I know it looks like she yoinked the bottle for herself, but Rufous decided he was done, and I let her have it. Then Rufous was all “WAIT I WASN’T DONE.”
Rufous is all “HOW DID THIS HAPPEN?”
Along came Starling and then Wren said “You know? I’m a little hungry!”

Charlie’s all “Tryin’ to sleep here, lady.”

Posted on social media (Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/Tumblr) yesterday.
Forgotten Felines of Huntsville is NOW accepting applications for the Catsby kittens. From left: Floofy polydactyl tortie Zelda, black and white cowkitten Jay, quizzical calico cutie Myrtle, and sleek, sweet housepanther Jay. They are currently 9 1/2 weeks old; they will be spayed/neutered on June 13th, and can go home a few days after that.
There are no bonded pairs in this litter. All kittens get along great with all the other kittens. (I know you think Kitten This and Kitten That are bonded, but I assure you: I’ve watched these kittens for hours. They all get along well with each other and whichever pair floats your boat would be amazing together.)
**Preference is given** to adopters who want to adopt 2 (or 3 or 4)(!) together. Regardless, these kittens cannot go to 1-cat homes. They need a kitten/young cat in the home to play with, whether that’s one of their siblings or another kitten/young cat entirely. (This is non-negotiable.)
We are located in Huntsville, Alabama. Out of area adoptions are allowed (we’ve done it lots!) but adopters must come here to complete the adoption until we’ve refined our kitten-delivery slingshots.
Email Forgotten Felines of Huntsville at info (at) ffhsv.org to inquire.
Milk drunk with a little milk mustache. How cute is Starling? (SO cute!)

Hungry kittens, happy kittens. I should have shot a middle section of the kittens eating but alas, I did not.

Tossing toys for kittens, kinda. I started out tossing toys for the kittens, but then got distracted watching them play. (I am easily distractable, especially when there are cute, playful kittens involved.)
A Fancy Sofa for a fancy girl. (Zelda)
Just a reminder that Daisy is AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION. Email Forgotten Felines of Huntsville at info (at) ffhsv.org to inquire.
Good night innernets. (From top: Wren, Starling, Rufous & Plover)

That ‘Tossing Toys’ video was one of the best ever. They have so much fun! Does Daisy ever join in the fun WITH the kittens or just by herself? Also, I know someone sent you the cardboard castle, but who makes it? Would you be able to tell me that as I think it would be a great addition at my house. Thank you for all you do for the kitties and the joy your kitties bring to all us humans who are watching!
Now I’m wondering about how motherless kittens figure out how to clean themselves, since I don’t think Robyn (or Fred!) is licking them to show them how…..
LOL – Robyn has already mentioned that *she* does not assist in the natural way of cat-cleaning. But seriously folks, I was surprised by this too – I guess kitties are guided more by instinct than I thought!
In the Mister Frog photo, all I could think was _all Mister Frog needs now is a banjo._
I still don’t know how you don’t squeeze the fluff out of those bottle babies. You’re the model of restraint.
Mooptacular photos notwithstanding, I’m just so glad the rough-start Nestlings didn’t get the dread schmingschmerm!
