Thank you everyone, we are absolutely fine! There was no damage to the house, just a few big trees down (one in the chicken yard). Dogs are fine, chickens are fine, cats are fine. We were only without power for about 4 hours Wednesday, but our phone and internet have been down, and I couldn’t connect to anything with my phone. I will post tomorrow morning as soon as I can!

Take your time, Robyn. I’ve missed you, but I understand blogging has its challenges right now. Besides, I find that no matter how many times I watch that first Declan video, it never gets old!!
🙂
Glad to hear all of you are okay.
Phew!! I’ve been watching the Declan videos to sustain myself. 🙂
::sigh:: because I couldn’t come get my daily kitten fix I had to go get two of my own. 🙂 Glad to hear everyone is good and that damage was not as horrible as it could have been. I’ll email you pictures of my two new babies – one’s a dilute calico named Smudge (she’s mostly gray and a total love bug!) and a little boy orange tabby named Jack (my son named him). I’m just going to blame your site being down for why I got them now!
Whew! Good to see you back on the air! (Glad others passed the good news in comments on last post – scary!) Hugs’n ‘headbutts from B’more!
I’m so happy to hear that you, Fred and the kitties are ok. I was quite concerned when I saw the reports of so much destruction. We’ve missed you and look forward to your updates when you can get back online.
Good news Robyn. Soo pleased you are all ok. Alabama looks wiped! You’ll just have to move to Australia now…(‘cos we never have natural disasters…”floods, fire, drought”…who said that?!) Be well all.
glad you’re back, and all the animals are ok.
A great relief! So delighted to hear that all is well in your end!
It’s wonderful to hear that you and the whole gang are well!
We’re very glad to read everyone is okay!!
That’s good to hear. Best wishes. Extra cat treats all round.
I’m glad to hear you and yours came through relatively unscathed. I don’t want to put extra work on you, but when you do have internet access again could you let us know if you’ve noticed any organizations that really seem to be stepping up above and beyond to help those who weren’t so lucky? A more on-the-ground perspective on such things is pretty valuable, IMHO.
