Daisy was giving that stuffed bunny the fight of its life. (We can’t blame catnip – that bunny came from the baby section of Target. I assume they’re not lacing the baby toys with catnip but THEN AGAIN YA JUST NEVER KNOW.)
Zelda checks out what’s going on.
Zelda wisely decides to veer around that situation.
Daisy lured Nick into her trap and gave him the ol’ slurperoo.
Zelda discovered the Toastycat bed.
And made herself at home! (But then of course I haven’t seen her anywhere near it since.)
The milk bar/kitten wash opened for business.
Zelda was all “I’m fine, thanks.”
Daisy’s all “Where’d that girl go?”
Zelda, under the curvy scratcher.

That doll bed just so happens to be located directly above a heat vent, and clearly Jake is no dummy. It’s his favorite place to sleep, these days.

Posted on social media (Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/Tumblr) yesterday.
Zelda checks out the tunnel… and Myrtle does NOT approve!
NO ONE pees alone in THIS foster room. (Zelda and Myrtle)

Zelda sneaks up on her Mama (or tries to), and the kittens have found a cool new hiding place.
Zelda says “Lady, you seen my sister? She’s about this tall, little bit crazy, likes to race around like her tail’s on fire?”

First Myrtle tries to climb the inside of the crate (why? Why NOT?!), and then she gets her skitter on. Have I mentioned that girl is a tiny bit nuts?
That’s right, another generation addicted to the green bean toy!
Good night innernets. (The Crate Catsbys, stuffed under a scratcher because why would they pile up in a nice soft comfy bed to sleep?)

The YouTube link is showing Alice Mo’s singing kitty, not the videos. Not that we don’t like singing along with Alice….
It’s fixed (and thanks for letting me know – I use the Alice Mo link as a default when I’m setting up blog posts, and forgot to change the links to the right videos!)
Zelda’s big round head just cracks me up! Have the kittens tried any of Mama’s food yet? You said you thought it would happen sometime this week.
Do you know how the better call saul kittens are doing?
Robyn, I truly don’t know what’s funnier- your comments and soft, gentle voice when talking to the Catsby clan OR watching all of kittens playing, hiding and seeing the best mom ever, Daisy!
Thanks for the mid-week chuckles!
Second photo, I didn’t notice was Daisy’s tail above Zelda’s head and I wondered when you began fostering rabbits.
I hear rabbits are a lot more fragile than kittens. I don’t think I could foster them! 🙂
Hahaha… Daisy in the “Zelda wisely decides to veer around that situation” picture! Upside down, belly up, leg up, madly clasping wee hapless bunny – good to see Mama having such a good time 🙂
