Stapler gives me the “What doin’, lady?” eyes. (And yes, I did indeed BOOP her after I took this picture.)

Please admire Fanta’s lightly orange tail and ears (and the adorable Moxie, of course.)
All four kittens are in this picture, and my favorite part is the part left, where Sundrop is just hanging there and Moxie is either trying to help or pushing him off, hard to tell which.
Poppi, Fanta and Moxie in the spaceship.
Along comes Sundrop. “You got room in there for me?”
Moxie says “NOPE, no room for you! Skedaddle!”
Okay!” says Sundrop.
Oh look, there was room after all. Imagine that.
Sodapop’s been checking out the up-high places. She doesn’t spend much time up there, just a few minutes at a time.

Stapler looking at the top of my dresser, ’cause she knows her beloved teaser is up there. Charlie looking at Stapler…
Stapler minding her own business, Charlie lookin’ for trouble.
Jerk. (She was fine, and yes I did step in and break it up.)
Charlie is MOSTLY behaving himself, thankfully, but every now and then… ::sigh::

Posted on social media (Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/Tumblr/ Bluesky) yesterday.
(NOTE: Forgotten Felines of Huntsville does not accept applications for kittens until they are 10 weeks old!)
The kittens are 7 weeks old! The boys (Fanta & Sundrop) are juuuust over 2 pounds, Moxie’s right behind them, and Poppi is the lightweight of the bunch. You can see their weight chart here. (And a random picture of Sodapop and her fabulous whiskers, just ’cause.)
Stapler loves this cat tree – not least because it’s situated JUST perfectly so that she can sit and judge me when I’m on my computer.

The kittens have been playing with toys for weeks, but I am still ENTHRALLED when they “discover” a new toy. Looks like Moxie is a fan of ping pong balls!
Every time I see the fosters (in this case Sundrop (top) and Moxie) playing with this banana toy, it makes me think of Pika (former foster Pita), who LOVES bananas. (Real bananas! She eats them! You can follow her on Facebook if you don’t already!)
Hmmm… let’s see if I can embed a video of her eating a banana!
Looks like it worked! (So darn CUTE.)

Fanta is the purring-est kitten! When kittens have a mother who’s around, they tend not to purr much for me at this age, they generally wait until they’re older. But Fanta’s been purring for me since he was teeny tiny. His sisters and brother are starting to purr now, too, and it’s lovely. They take after their mama, I guess!
Fanta poses beautifully in his pink Adirondack chair.

So, weird question of the day. What does that donut on the side of the spaceship do?
It helps hold the liner in. If it weren’t there, they’d be dragging the liner out and all over the room.
Oh, no clue that there was anything removeable. Thanks!
Love today’s spaceship series!!
