I set up the litter boxes yesterday morning and put each kitten into a litter box. They all sniffed around a little and then came right back out. It’s apparently a little early for them to use the litter boxes, but I bet it won’t be too long.
They’re already spending more time out of the crate than in it. I think it drives Canasta a little crazy when they scatter in all directions (she talks to them a lot when they do), but she’s getting used to it. I’ve put soft rugs and beds all around the crate, so they don’t have to go far to find a place to rest their weary heads.

That cat house – one of three (I think) that we brought with us from Crooked Acres – is looking pretty rough. But Archie doesn’t mind one little bit!

When I saw the teaser for the 2015 post, I thought to myself “I don’t remember any of the kittehs being critical of Ann and Nancy Wilson!” Of course when I looked at it, it was your Heart cartoon toy. But then again, I should have know Peter, Paul and Mary would never be critical of fellow musicians! 😉

I’m struggling with anxiety today as they’re predicting severe storms and it feels ‘weird’ outside (hoping I’m overreacting after staying in for so long!)…. I see y’all are under an even more severe risk – please be careful! grrrrrrr Springtime 2021…. Take care!
Is it my imagination or did you at one point post photos of Canasta’s first litter? I looked, but couldn’t find it. Maybe I imagined it. I was wondering how the markings compared. Thanks.
