Clairee on the stairs, keeping an eye on me.
And Drum on Newt’s cardboard couch, also keeping an eye on me.
Ouiser’s always so pleased with herself.
Drum has a ::thlurrrp:: even though it’s only Tuesday.
Little posers. (Top: Ouiser. Next level: Clairee. Lower level: Drum and Shelby.)
Clairee and Shelby give me a little attitude.
And along comes Ouiser to complain about Shelby grabbing her tail.
Shelby, about to give Clairee the ol’ chomperoo.

Huey gives me the Precious Moments eyes.
I cannot even with how absolutely adorable Dewey is.
I feel like Louie’s looking for someone to bunny-kick, and I’m at the top of his list.
Louie gets a little petting and Huey’s waiting for his belly rub.

Posted on social media (Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/Tumblr) yesterday.
I caught Louie sneaking up on this stuffed chicken toy, and he looks totally guilty, doesn’t he? (Note to self: we need a stuffed duck toy!)
“Day 547 of being iced in and they still haven’t moved. “
Former fosters (left) Hook (Puff, 2013) and Flynn (Kohle, 2012) know that the icy, snowy, cold cold COLD days we’ve had lately require nothin’ but naps from them.
(Thanks Selena!)

Hanging out in the foster room watching the kittens play. Shelby’s feeling a little wild today!
Did you know that THIS boy RIGHT HERE (Drum) is still available for adoption? True story! Read his description below, and email Forgotten Felines of Huntsville at info (at) ffhsv.org to inquire. (We are located in Huntsville, Alabama; out of area adoptions are allowed, but adopters must come here to complete the adoption. Drum isn’t old enough to drive yet!)
Drum – (DOB 9/20/23, DSH classic orange tabby & white male) was a stray turn-in to a local animal control along with his sisters Clairee and Ouiser. They came into foster at Forgotten Felines of Huntsville when they were 7 weeks old. DRUM is a total lovebug who walks around with his tail held so high that it curves over his back and nearly touches his head. He’s a happy, happy boy who loves to be snuggled, likes being flipped onto his back and held like a baby, and enjoys being kissed. He’s a burrower who will hang out under blankets or will tunnel into your hoodie and just sit there and purr like crazy. He’s not only a snuggly lap kitten, he is also a very playful boy – his favorite game is jumping up and batting ping pong balls out of mid air like a pro basketball player. He also loves jumping up after the feather teaser, chasing a laser light around, and running after just about any toy you’ll toss for him. He tends not to “show” very well – he’s used to only being around his foster parents – but given a little time to adjust, he will relax and show off his snuggly personality. He would do best in a home where there are no small children. He gets along well with other cats and must have a kitten or young cat to play and snuggle with. If you’re looking for a pair, he’s great buddies with his sister Clairee, who is also available. (He has not been around dogs in his foster home, but should be fine with nice dogs.)

Did you know that this super sweet girl (Clairee) is still available for adoption? True story! Read her description below, and email Forgotten Felines of Huntsville at info (at) ffhsv.org to inquire. (We are located in Huntsville, Alabama; out of area adoptions are allowed, but adopters must come here to complete the adoption. Clairee doesn’t have her pilot’s license yet!)
Clairee – (DOB 9/20/23, DSH white and buff female) was a stray turn-in to a local animal control along with her sister Ouiser and their brother Drum. They came into foster at Forgotten Felines of Huntsville when they were 7 weeks old. CLAIREE is a super sweet girl who purrs quickly, absolutely adores snuggling up for a long nap (purring the entire time), and will tolerate being held on her back like a baby. She’s always interested in what you’re doing and will sit and watch you with great interest. If you need a snoopervisor to keep an eye on you, Clairee’s your girl! Clairee is everyone’s best friend, and whether her brother Drum needs someone to play rough with, or her foster sister Shelby needs someone to snuggle up with, she’s up for the task. She is a very playful girl as well, and though she’s not much of a jumper, she loves to run around with a spring toy or a mylar ball in her mouth, growling at anyone who thinks they’re going to take it away from her. (She thinks she’s scary, but she’s far too cute – don’t tell her that, though!) She tends not to “show” very well – she’s used to only being around her foster parents and doesn’t see strangers very often, but if given some time to adjust, she will definitely show off her sweet personality and will snuggle with you. She gets along well with other cats and must have a kitten or young cat to play and snuggle with. If you’re looking for a pair, she’s great friends with her brother Drum, who is also available. (She has not been around dogs in her foster home, but should be fine with nice dogs.)

Huey’s got a mouse and Dewey’s got a raging case of the cutes. (Okay, I suppose they’ve BOTH got the cutes.)
Good night innernets. (Shelby)
