THANK YOU to Evelyn and Margaret, who sent us Chewy gift cards (Chewy doesn’t provide an email address where I can email you and thank you) – I used them to order food for Kim. We appreciate the gift cards so much, and (hopefully) Kim will like the food I’ve ordered for her. Thank you, thank you!

All 6 kittens are on the bed! I wonder if I could convince Saul to come closer…
Saul, could you… no, come over HERE, don’t leap about like a goober.
Over HERE, Saul, at the end of the bed!
Feelin’ a little bit crazy are we?
“Didn’t I pose good, lady?” You certainly did, Gus!
Follow the leader (Nacho in the front, Saul in the back).
As legally required, I did proclaim “Oooh! Big stretch!” while I took this picture of Kim.

Posted on social media (Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/Tumblr) yesterday.
The boys are out of here this morning for their neuter surgeries. Neuters generally go pretty quickly, so I imagine we’ll be back here by late morning, and by mid-afternoon the boys will be RACING around like nothing ever happened! (I’ll post when I’m back home with them!)
Side note: Lalo and Gus were initially scheduled to go home tomorrow, but will be staying with us for a bit longer (they are still adoption pending)! You mean I get to snuggle with those boys for a while longer? No complaints from me!
Home again, home again! The boys are home from their neuters, and are a little wobbly, but doing well. Francesca came stomping right over to give them the ol’ snifferoo, and so far I’ve heard no hisses!
Good night innernets. (Francesca)
Did you know that these 4 kittens – girls Francesa and Nacho, and boys Mike and Saul – are available for adoption? Please read below and if you feel that one or more of these kittens are just what your home needs, email Forgotten Felines of Huntsville at INFO (at) FFHSV.ORG
1. Forgotten Felines of Huntsville gives priority to those adopting two kittens together. If you are not interested in adopting two kittens, there MUST be a young cat in residence. (If you are looking for a single cat, Forgotten Felines has some adults who would do wonderfully in a single-cat household.)
2. The kitten(s) must be picked up in person in Huntsville, Alabama. Forgotten Felines does allow out of state adoptions but does not allow the transport of kittens/cats and our Kitten Delivery Drone is not yet perfected.
3. The boys have been neutered and are ready to go once they have their rabies vaccination. The girls will be spayed on November 2nd and can go home November 5th or later.
4. Saul and Nacho are a bit skittish and take time to warm up; they are also EXTREMELY playful (we’re pretty sure Nacho has invisible wings, she flies so high). Francesca and Mike (especially Mike) are already lap kittens. (More in-depth bios of all the kittens are coming next week when I get a chance to write them.)
5. Email Forgotten Felines of Huntsville at INFO (at) FFHSV.ORG to inquire. Leaving a comment on any social media post is not an application to adopt a kitten (I can’t even guarantee I’ll see it.)

Kim Wexler is an excellent hunter, and she’s not gonna let those kittens starve! (Please note that the kittens don’t seem to be any too impressed by her offerings.)
Lalo’s all “Something seems different today, but I’m not quite sure what. Like something’s… missing?” Oh, Lalo. You’ll never miss ’em! (Lalo and the other boys were neutered yesterday.)
Francesca (left) and Gus are getting used to me rushing over to take their picture when they’re next to each other, because the difference in their eye colors is just so cool. Different – and GORGEOUS.

Good night innernets. (It’s rare that I see all 6 kittens piled up together – you better believe I went FLYING over there when I spotted this pile!)
Mike wonders if it’s time for a cuddle (it’s ALWAYS time for a cuddle!)

Permanent resident Khal is grumpy about all the bees drinking (and sometimes drowning in) his water. (I specifically made a watering bowl for pollinators – using a flat, shallow bowl and marbles – and they won’t touch it. They prefer the danger of possibly drowning in deeper waters, I guess.)
PS: “Floomp” is Khal’s nickname, and what we call him 99.87% of the time.
PPS: Our permanent residents are allowed outside in our back yard. We have a cat fence around the back yard – Google “Purrfect Fence Cat Fence Conversion” – and so they cannot escape the back yard. We open the cat doors to the back yard when it’s light out in the morning, and bring the cats inside and shut the cat doors (though they still have the screened porch) at dusk.
Oh, that gorgeous Gus. Those EYES!
