Look at these sweet faces!
Sweet sisters Phoenix (of Mercury’s Missions, our fosters in 2017) and Amber (formerly Ambercup, one of the Squash Bugs in 2015) are best buddies. Aren’t they the cutest? (Is there anything better than seeing grown up fosters who are so content? I think not!)
(Thanks, Debra!)

“What doin’, lady?” inquires Pablo.
Alejandro and Javier are keeping an eye on…
Pablo, who has a whole-body case of bedhead.
Diego has a fabulous head of hair, does he not?
“You again, lady?” says Alejandro.
Pablo says “Lady, lady, lady! Show the innernets I gots a foot!”
“Did they like it?” I assure you they liked it a LOT, little man.
Two questions I’m getting the most lately:
1. Will they keep their blue eyes? I’d love to be proven wrong, but I’m going to say that they will not be keeping their blue eyes. They’ll start changing here in the next week or so, and I imagine they’ll eventually end up with eyes that are some shade of green. The only kittens I’ve had that have kept their blue eyes are Siamese mix or white.
2. Will they be long-haired? At this point, I’m pretty sure that most of them will be medium or long-haired. Both gray boys (Alejandro and Pablo) have very wavy fur. So does Diego – and Carmelita is super floofy (her tail is quite something). I believe that Javier will be a short-hair kitty, but it’s possible I’m wrong on that. We’ll have to wait and see on him, but as for the others, we’re looking at floofville.
