I got an email from Melissa in NC this morning:
I have rescued a sweet kitty that I am desperately trying to find a home for. I live in the Charlotte, North Carolina area.
Someone dumped her at my apartment complex. ( this is the 6th cat so far) I have been treating her for a corneal ulcer. The vet said she cannot see out of that eye and may still lose it if it continues to shrink. She just had the infection so long her sight could not be saved.
She is negative for all of the bad stuff. She has a very sweet disposition and likes to lay on your chest and touch your face with her paws.
