Goooooood morning!
I’m still healing from surgery, thus no new fosters for a few more weeks, but that certainly doesn’t mean I can’t share cat pics, does it? Of course not! (And hey, I still DO have one foster left here, in the form of the most beautiful boy on earth, Corbie.)

Aw, look what I found on my hard drive!
Rhyme and Corbie, out exploring the back yard!
Good ol’ Rhyme. (And good ol’ Corbie, too, of course!)

I like how, despite the fact that there are two perfectly comfy, totally empty cat beds on the table, Newt has decided instead to flop across the table itself.

Alice, trying to decide whether Loony Jake needs company (she ultimately decided that he didn’t, and went off to find more inviting places to sleep).

Alice is just so precious!!!
Corbie…was/is my fav bookworm!
Newt was probably trying to find someplace cool…and Miz Poo – well she is one of a kind! Love her!
P.S. Missed you!!! Glad you are healing up!!!
Thanks, GD! 🙂
You must be feeling better – this post has a lot of exclamation points!!!!! :o) I’m glad you’re on the mend and love the photos. My two both do what Newt is doing — given the choice between comfy beds, they’ll choose something apparently uncomfy. They know what they’re doing, however. And the photo of Alice with Jake is precious. I can see why you.. er… Fred chose to make her part of the family. And Miz Poo has obviously found the best bed in the house… after the dining room table, of course!
Keep on healing and keep on photoging!
LOL – I’m an exclamation mark abuser from way back! 🙂
Miz Poo looks like she has the princess spot of the house!
Glad to hear you’re healing. I’ve missed your great pictures and hilarious posts. Have to agree with you that Corbett is a classically handsome guy. Just gorgeous! Can’t we keep just one Bookworm, Mom? Please???
Please continue to get better, Robyn!!!
Great kitty pics as always – my favourite being Newt choosing the table despite the lovely kitty beds! LOL!!!!
Take care
x
Yes, glad you are healing and that you posted today! Didn’t know how much longer the withdrawal could be tolerated…love the photos you post, too.
And that was wonderful news about Clairee and Drum being adopted together (previous post)!
Keep up the purr-therapy, must be doing you good!
So glad you are doing well, Robin! If you have time on your hands and want to read or see something cute and kitteny, google “Chi’s Sweet Home.” It is manga about a tiny kitten who gets separated from mom and sibs and finds a loving home. You can get the books on Amazon, and they are adorable. You can also watch episodes online with English translations. Anyway, thought I’d mention it in case you are bored with the same old tv shows while recuperating. 🙂
I love how Alice looks like someone stitched together an orange stripey cat, a spotted brown cat, and a white cat. So many times calico kitties are just splotches of color but she is splotches and spots and stripes and it makes her even more adorable!
My cats do what Newt is doing but they are naughty about it because they shove stuff off the coffee table to sleep on it. Naughty!
Rest up and heal up and feel better soon!
