Huey really likes the tunnel bed.
Judging by the crazy eyes, Dewey agrees.
Louie’s all “Can you tell them to keep it down? I’m tryin’ to sleep, here!”

Pumpernickel knows I’m looking at him.
Babka is a handful (and is clearly thinking “What are we doing?”)
Left to right: Ciabatta, Pita (back), Crouton (in front of Pita), Babka (examining the floor of the crate), and Pumpernickel.
Meanwhile, Crumpet gets scritches.

Alice is looking at me like “I thought you were Daddy, but you are not. Am disappointed.”

Posted on social media (Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/Tumblr) yesterday.
The Crumbs are 2 weeks old (as of yesterday) and this is what they look like! All eyes are open, ears are marching toward the tops of their heads, and they seem to be ever so skeptical of me, which seems appropriate for the age. Everyone’s gaining weight very well – Crouton is the smallest kitten and Ciabatta (who is a CHUNK) is the largest.
It is a possibility that Pumpernickel, Crouton and possibly Pita might be on the floofy side – but they always look floofy at this age, so I’m not swearing by it. We’ll see!
ATTENTION: the Ducklings (from left: Huey, Dewey and Louie) are now officially adoption pending – TOGETHER. Yes, all three are going together! 🎉 They’re going for their neuter surgeries in two weeks, and will go home around mid-March. For now, we get to just enjoy them, which is SUCH a hardship for me, as you can imagine. 😉

Is it a bed or a jungle gym? When the Ducklings get involved, it’s apparently BOTH.
Crouton is just the sweetest little handful.

3 minutes of the Crumbs. Hissing, toddling, being checked on by Mama. They’re 2 weeks old now, and SO much more aware of the world around them. It’s always so fun to watch this process.
Good night innernets. (Huey and Dewy… and Mister Frog, who is all “Heyyyy!”)

I think every L&H litter may seem this way, but The Crumbs do look like the chubbiest, tubbiest, nursin’est kittens ever fostered! I suspect you only weigh them because it’s a chance to pick them up and kiss them, LOL. Mama Crumpet is a *star.*
I thought early on that Crumpet looked like Alice and today’s post confirmed it!
Some lucky person is going to kitten heaven adopting those 3 boys at once!
I am so pleased that they (the Ducklings) are all going together!!! I think that it is perfect. And they are so darling !!!!
Be careful with Babka! As Balki Bartokomous would say,
“Because if you don’t make bibbibabkas the traditional Myposian way the bibbi in the babka goes boom.”
“The bibbi in the babka goes boom?”
“Basically.”
HA! Don’t be ridiculous…
I loved that show!
Ha – I made Fred watch the Bibbi Babkas song. I loved that show so much!
