The Fabulous Khal loves to hang out on on the hearth next to that cat statue. (If you are thinking to yourself that he looks very soft, you are correct. That boy loves a good brushing, and he’s always so, so soft after he’s been brushed.)

What determines whether or not a foster becomes a permanent resident. You said Shelby won’t be one, so i wondered. I absolutely love her.
Robyn is likely having to say it because as soon as there is a smaller, or special, or stand-out kitten everyone (probably particularly on facebook) starts telling her they will become a permanent resident and asking if they will keep her, so Robyn is likely trying to get in there early to stop everyone going on about it 😛

Where is Shelby’s frog with the big eyes? I keep looking for it
The bed? It’s on the floor in front of the couch. After hanging out in it for a couple of days, Shelby is now ignoring it (which is the way it goes, I’ve found. Love it one day, never heard of it the next.)
The Magnificent Khal for Christmas!!! What a handsome boy he is, so nice to see him gracing the Christmas postcard this year.
