Paulie, all curled up in the hammock on the cat tree in my room. He loves that thing.
“What? Am gettin’ snuggles from Uncle Tommy. Am very pleased with myself, too.”
And from Uncle Loony. Who is all “THIS KITTEN MAKE EXCELLENT HAT.”
Apparently kittens are quite tasty.
Sunday night went so well (with no angry messages from the permanent residents) that we decided to keep Meadow here ’til Friday, which is when Paulie is slated to go back to Petsmart. She gives him someone to play with, so that hopefully he won’t annoy the big cats TOO much.

Is it just me, or does John Smith look like he has orange tabby angel wings?
Pretty, pretty Tricki. She is just so GORGEOUS.
Also gorgeous (and she knows it.)
Tricki’s eyes are just amazing.
John Smith is entertained by the feather teaser.
He LOVES that bed. He’ll stand there and knead for ages before he settles down.
Meadow and Paulie Walnuts cannot, for the life of them, figure out WHY they can’t go into the foster room. I mean, that’s where they always got their bedtime crunchies, and they’re accustomed to going in there, getting their crunchies, and being shut in for the night, that’s how we did it for weeks and weeks. So now when I go into the foster room and shut the door, it confuses them like crazy. They sit outside the door and howl and howl. Yesterday, he barreled into the room before I could stop him.
Bunnie is not a fan of little kittens in what she perceives as HER space, so she just sat there and hissed at him (the other three didn’t really pay any attention to him). He is deaf to hisses and growls from big kitties, so he just ignored her as he ran around the room, sniffing every single toy until I scooped him up and took him out with me. I’m sure he’ll attempt to get in there again.

Miz Poo’s holiday card from last year is one of the very few times I’ve seen her with her eyes open. I guess I imagine her just always going around like >.<
