Did you make that wreath? It’s really wonderful. 🙂
Thank you! I started with a tinsel wreath from Target, and added lights and cat toys. I think it came out pretty well (especially with some of their favorite toys added.)

Kim’s all “Tryin’ to nap here, lady.”
Nacho loves to stand on top of the air purifier and yell at me that she’s starving. (Buying an air purifier with buttons on the front rather than on the top remains one of my better decisions.)
Kim just loves that cat tree. Sometimes she sits and watches the goings-on out the window, and sometimes she sits and watches the goings-on in the bedroom.
This picture cracks me up because it looks like Francesca is twice the size of Saul (she is not – she’s much smaller than he is, actually!) It’s the angle, I tell ya. The angle!
The temperature here in Alabama is slated to be BITTERLY cold for the next few days (they’re calling for -15ºF, and YES I KNOW that that’s nothing for YOU, but I live in Alabama where my nose hairs are not supposed to freeze if I walk outside in the winter). We’ve got heated beds everywhere and a couple of space heaters, just to be safe. We’ve set up a space in the garage for Trixie and Rocco with heated beds and a space heater. The permanent residents are going to be TICKED OFF that I, personally, have made it so cold that the screened porch and the back yard are uncomfortable, and I’m sure I’ll get dirty looks and there will be spats amongst them because they’ll all be mad that they can’t go outside. MERRY CHRISTMAS TO US ALL.
But seriously – at least we have a home where we can hunker down and stay warm, and for that I’m grateful. I hope you’re all staying warm and safe.

When you see this many permanent residents so close to each other, you know it’s cold outside. (Jake’s in the bed under the table, Khal’s on that ugly brown recliner, Archie’s in the bed at the end of the fireplace, and Charlie’s in the bed in front of the fireplace. Newt is across the room on a heated bed, and Alice and Dewey are in Fred’s office keeping him company.)

Posted on social media (Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/Tumblr) yesterday.
It’s Thlurrrpsday, and Kim’s not going to let the day pass unobserved.
Nacho’s all “Does this foot smell funny to you?”

Slow motion kittens. Or I guess I should say “slow motion Francesca and Nacho,” since Kim and Saul spent the entire time at the food bowl ignoring us all.
I mean, look at that. She’s getting that tongue RIGHT IN that nostril. A+ thlurrrping form, Kim Wexler!

Taco truck shenanigans: mama’s readying the truck for the dinner shift, the employees are fighting, and Saul’s green bean makes another appearance!
Three out of four kitties agree: Churu time in the best time of the day! (The 4th kitty just wants to go play.) From left: Nacho, Francesca, Kim Wexler & Saul.
Good night innernets. (From left: Francesca, Saul and Nacho – and mama Kim Wexler on the floor looking for less crowded sleeping conditions.)

Minus 15? Minus? Yikes!! That’s awful.
At the moment (0628 EST) it is -7 degrees (F) with a real feel of -30 (F) here in Miami County, Ohio. I have been reassured by the husband and a veterinarian that the setup we have on the porch will be sufficient for our outside visitors, but I am still worried. By 0900 the temperatures are supposed to be near -48 degrees (F) real feel. This is brutal even for us!
Stay warm and break out the nip or Churu to distract the permanent residents.
Merry Christmas, slightly early
Your pic of the wreath with Kim is killing me! Calling her a “ho” is only a bit rude! LOLOL!
Stay warm and safe y’all! It is only supposed to drop to 8F. That seems balmy to some of you, but the winds will be up to 50mph so heaven knows what the real feel will be. I am NOT going outside to find out btw. Our animals stay inside and we already have the fire on so kitty is nice and toasty. (Doggy is spoiled by getting to sleep on the couch upstairs)
Here in Nova Scotia, we’re getting a rain and wind event and not snow which is weird for here. Funny note, my downstairs neighbour, who hates the cold, went to Paris Tennessee to stay with her sister for the holidays and she’s getting frozen out.
There’s that air purifier caption with yet another dead mouse–and Nacho licking her lips. Could be a set-up, Nacho!
