I love the frosted tips of TC’s ears.
Balancing act (Molly’s back there thinking “How is he DOING that?!”)
Got it! (I tied some sweatshirt strings to the bottom of the wall basket bed so that they could smack at them, and it took a week for them to realize they were even there.)
“What you doin’?”
“Nothin’. What YOU doin’?”
“Nothin’.”
Lizzy likes to look out the window, but also likes to keep an eye on the goings-on in the room. It keeps her busy.
Miss Molly and the crazy eyes.

Stefan wonders, “How YOU doin’?”
It’s probably not great for the car’s finish, but I love it when the cats hang out on top of my car. I also like it when I’m driving down the road and see a cat foot print on my windshield.

In that picture of Lizzy in the cat tree, next to the sissel (sp) scratching post, it looks like she is outside next to a shelf covered with snow. Took me a minute to figure it out. Thanks for explaining about the sweatshirt strips. I thought they had trashed the supports on the wall basket. I could not figure it out. Need more coffee. I will be sending a donation to Challenger’s house. Got to keep them in business. I was really surprised about the Science Diet increase in cost. I had noticed it had gone up but did not realize how much.
High enough that our shelter no longer uses them….
What kind of food does your shelter use, out of curiosity?
That pic of Stefan’s snout makes me just want to kiss him up! Those cheeks! That chin! His nose! ALL OVER DA PLACE SMOOCHES!
It is a great pic!
don’t forget those bedroom come-hither eyes! lol
love this boy!
He is a true lovebug. π
If you buy from Amazon, you can set up Amazon Smiles and select Challenger House as your charity. Then when you make a purchase Amazon donates 0.5% of eligible purchases to the charity. I figure every little bit helps π
Thanks for the reminder, Joyce (I always make all my purchases through Amazon Smile, with Challenger’s House as the charity), I’m going to go back and add that to the post!
Thanks — great news. I’ll be changing my charity today!!!! But only if you ensure that Stefan gets a kiss from me. (I won’t even stipulate that he has to be awake.)
I’ve never heard of this. I will be changing my profile promptly.
Thanks! I just set up mine and told all my friends!!!!
Cats on cars. Ha Ha! My dad used to hate it when our cat Tinker would climb on the car. He loved to go out into the garage so he did it often. There would be 3-toed prints (Tinker had to have one of his toes amputated due to an infection). Mom and I loved it to see the 3-toed prints. When I see paw prints on my own car, I think of Tinker.
Kitty paw prints makes me smile, too!
I just love these new kittens!! They get better every time!!
(still love the regulars too!!!)
Shelters appreciate Christmas presents as much as anyone. They aren’t particular, either: the basics or a little money!
The cats on cars story reminds me of a funny story. When I was young, my brother and I took piano lessons. While one was having lessons, the other one would wait in the car with my mom. Well, one day Mom and I were sitting in the car, and my piano teacher’s cat hopped up on the hood of the car. We were ooing and awing about how cute it was, when it sauntered over to the corner of the windshield and proceeded to pee right on the windshield. I had never been that up close and personal to a cat peeing before. π
I don’t think that I need to see it from that angle either but thank heavens for the windshield!
As much as I’d like to volunteer or foster, I don’t think that’s a good idea as I’m not in Huntsville.
pretty sure your local shelter needs your help too
I write checks. I’m good at writing checks.
Facing love-starved animals that need forever homes? That’s not a good place for me.
Especially ones where the previous owner died and the family won’t take them in. That’s a sucker punch for me.
That is too funny.
Oh boy – I would be perfectly happy to never see it from that particular angle! π
Lizzy is SO pretty. Of course, all the Wonders are adorable.
