I love Carmy’s whiskers in this picture.
It’s a weansie pie! (My favorite!)(Tina wears a size medium. I thought for sure, as tiny as she is, that a small would fit, but it was too tight.)
By the way, Tina’s adoption fee is being sponsored by a wonderful supporter; you can’t get a better deal than that, so if a FREE (to you) chatty, snuggly, PLAYFUL sweetheart is what you’re looking for, here you go! (You will, of course, need to fill out an adoption application and go through the adoption process.) Please note that Tina has been fully vetted – dewormed, flea treated, spayed, vaccinated, ID chipped – so you’re getting a $400 – $500 cat for free. What a bargain!
That’s one guilty lookin’ loaf.
Jeff’s all “What doin’, lady?”
Jeff’s watching for birds, and Sydney’s watching Jeff. (And Carmy’s off in his own world.)
Richie’s having another sleepy.
Jeff’s wondering where the birds have gone.
Carmy and the green bean. All these kittens love playing with that thing (and so does Tina.)

Posted on social media (Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/Tumblr) this weekend.
Rabbit rabbit rabbit. 🐰 (Tina) From Wikipedia: “Rabbit rabbit rabbit” is a superstition found in Britain and North America wherein a person says or repeats the words “rabbit”, “rabbits” and/or “white rabbits” aloud upon waking on the first day of a month, to ensure good luck for the rest of it.
Former foster update! We fostered Carson back in May after he showed up on our doorstep. He was set to go to Petsmart but before that happened Sam saw him on Facebook and fell in love. Carson has a big brother named Chet (they look like twins!)
Sam says: “Update on the cat formerly known as Carson, now known as Beni (pronounced like Benny). He is a sweet kitty who loves being close to his brother (even though his brother can be a grumpy old man sometimes). He still loves food and finally understands that the food isn’t going anywhere, so he eats at a fairly normal pace. He’s very energetic and loves to play, but he also loves to sleep when he’s tired. He loves to look out the window all day and watch the squirrels and birds. And his belly is still a trap! We’re so grateful to have him in our lives.”
Thank you Sam!

Carmy shows off his jumping skills – and Sydney shows off her soccer skills!
Perhaps one day Carmy will learn to relax.

These kittens are having WAY too much fun with that jungle cube. It cracks me up the way they insist on jumping up out of the hole on the top (which is actually intended to be on the side, but they turn that thing every which way.)

Carmy and Sydney are big, big fans of the ping pong balls!
Good night innernets. (Sydney)
🎶JUST HEAR THOSE SLEIGH BELLS JINGLING RING-TING-TINGLING TOOOOO. 🎶
(Nacho & Mike, 2022)
Carmy is 11 weeks old! So grown up, and so cuuuute. He currently weighs 3.44 lbs/1.55 KG (remember when I had to supplement feed him multiple times a day?? Let’s just say he eats FINE on his own now!) and is a total snuggly cutie pie.

A little tussling, a little running like crazy things, a little jumping around playing with Mama’s tail. The usual crazy day in the foster room!
Jeff and Sydney are hanging out in the jungle cube, giggling at their own jokes.

Mama’s tail continues to be the BEST toy. (You can’t tell me she isn’t deliberately teasing him by flicking that tail back and forth.)
Available for adoption (yes, still) and Tina’s lookin’ pretty in pink (she’s wearing a weansie (weaning onesie) so that her milk will dry up. She only wears it when she’s in the foster room with her kittens, which at this point is about 13 hours a day.) If she seems like your kind of sweet, playful, chatty girl, read the description below and email Forgotten Felines of Huntsville at info (at) ffhsv.org to inquire. Note: for the month of November, Forgotten Felines has reduced adoption fees to $75 per cat/kitten.
Tina (DOB 8/14/23) came to us from Huntsville Animal Services. Along with her came her three tiny kittens, Sydney, Richie and Jeff. We had a kitten, Carmy, who had tragically lost his mother and needed a mother and siblings; Tina and her kittens fit the bill. Tina didn’t hesitate to take on Carmy and care for him as one of her own. She did a wonderful job with him – with them all – and now it’s time for her to find her forever home where SHE can be the baby!
Tina is a very sweet, friendly, SUPER playful and talkative girl. She is tiny at just over 6 1/2 pounds, but is loaded with personality. (She is very small-framed, so it’s likely she’ll stay small.) She’s got opinions and isn’t afraid to share them. She tends to be more talkative in new situations and quieter once she’s more comfortable, but if she wants something she is more than happy to let you know about it. She’s super playful, enjoys jumping and running and chasing ping pong balls. She loves to bat spring toys around and she looooves catnip toys. She likes to be picked up and held on your shoulder and petted, she likes to sit next to you or in your lap and be petted, and… well, she just likes to be petted! She enjoys watching birds out the window, sitting in the sun, and keeping you company. She would be okay as an only cat, or – if introduced properly and very slowly – would likely be fine joining a home with another cat or cats. She has been spayed, vaccinated, and ID chipped, and is ready to go now.
We are located in Huntsville, Alabama; out of area adoptions are allowed, but adopters must come here to complete the adoption since we haven’t perfected our cat-delivery drone yet.
Email Forgotten Felines of Huntsville at INFO(at) FFHSV.ORG to inquire!
Good night innernets. (Jeff, Sydney (back) and Richie. Carmy was busy eating!)
Carmy fits perfectly in the pink Adirondack chair now. Such a cute little poser!
Bunk beds! Sydney on the top, Jeff on the bottom.

A little bit of fighting in the pie plate, a little bit of wondering why the school bus isn’t going zoom zoom zoom today. (Because it’s Tina’s turn in the school room this morning!)
Tina’s ready for a nap. (If you need a snuggly napping friend (who will also share all the gossip with you), email Forgotten Felines of Huntsville at info@ffhsv.org to inquire.)

Carmy and Richie having a… snuggle?
Good night innernets. (From top: Sydney, Richie & Jeff. Carmy was off to the side about three feet and I couldn’t make him fit in the picture.)
