Hydrox was in the box hanging out, and Keebler was smacking at him.
“There was somethin’ smackin’ at me, and I was SKEERED!”
Blue (TimTam), giving me a considering sideways look.
I love how Mike always has his claws out and ready for business.
I love the fact that way back when we first got these kittens, Veruca was the “hissy, spitty” kitten, and now she’s the biggest lovebug of the bunch.
Hard not to be a little awed by the ear floof.
Kara, considering whose butt to kick next.

2008: And let me say this – I know now why cats sleep like 23 hours a day. It’s because when they’re sleeping, they are NEVER still.
2007: “STOP STARING AT ME, LITTLE KITTEH!”
2006: No entry.
2005: Sometimes I make Sugarbutt dance for his food. Dance, monkey, dance!
I feel a little sorry for Kara, and the other adult cats there, as everyone’s only interested in the beautiful kittie babies withalltheearfloofandthecutnessoverflowing oh hang on, I’ve done it again….
Sorry adult kitties…
Freya is right! Sorry grown up kitties!
I love that Veruca was the “hissy, spitty calico”, AND that she’s now a dreamboat. 🙂
I also love the last picture of many posts that shows a big kitty. My sentimental favorite is Miz Poo, because she was so long-suffering and patient with those huge True Bloods when they totally dominated the desktop space. I do like Kara a lot, too — you can tell how much the decision of whose a$$ to kick next is weighing on her. God only gives us the burdens we can bear, girlfriend. You can do it! 🙂
And I can offer nothing of value to the discussion of the lint and floof of Gus. I’m awestruck and speechless at it.
I too am in awe of the ear floof. We bow down to his floofiness. Floor power! 🙂
And I agree with Cynthia — having an adult kitty at the end is just so sweet. It’s like a closing thought. Love it!
OMG! Do NOT tell me Veruca is a total love bug! It’s already killing me not to drive down and snatch her away from you!! I just adore that serious little face!
I think my husband might have to hide my car keys to keep me from driving to your house to steel Hydrox! He is the cutest! Lucky for you, I’m in California and that would be a long drive. I’ll have to settle for pictures.
Keebler looks so ROUND in the first pic! Cute.
